Laura Illia, Academic Director of the Master in Corporate Communication, has recently talked to El PaÃs, about companies and corporate reputation. She is currently developing a research project about the topic;Â her interest is focused on CSR and Social Media.
The results of the research will be helpful for professionals in the field, especially to use them as guidelines to establish a better communication and a dialogue with their stakeholders, changing the culture of the companies.
